Overview
Appbox.ai (herein “We”, “Us”, “Our” or “Appbox”) takes security very seriously and only relies on secured and trusted infrastructure providers to deliver our services (the “Add-on”, or “Product”) to the Customers (herein “Customers”, “You”) of our product.
Our services are hosted and delivered by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Atlassian (hereafter referred to as “Cloud Providers”). While the Cloud Providers are responsible for the security of their actual data centers, Appbox is responsible for monitoring, managing and securing the services we provide.
Certification
Our trusted Cloud Providers are responsible for managing the security of their cloud. They have been certified by third-party organizations and are compliant with the applicable laws and regulations. The list of such certifications and compliance statements can be found in the links below:
Data Storage
All customer data is kept inside Customer’s Jira account only and is not stored or transported to our Cloud locations.
We only collect application usage specific data using tools like Google Analytics to monitor, protect and enhance the information about use of our Services/Apps/Products. These tools collect information such as how users use our Application, what features they use more. We use this information to improve our application.
Customer Data
We do not have any access to customer data (“Projects”, “Tickets” etc) beyond the information provided by Atlassian Marketplace or data collected by analytical tools like Google Analytics over the course of evaluating or purchasing our products.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.
Security
At Appbox, we take security very seriously. We continuously strive to keep our products and data secure for you. When data is transferred over the Internet as part of the website or the application, the data is encrypted using industry standard SSL (HTTPS). If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability please contact our security team at security@appbox.ai and we will take immediate action on the issue.
Further Personal Information
Furthermore Atlassian makes certain technical contact and billing contact information available to Appbox.ai via their Sales API when the plugin is installed and a license (evaluation or full) is applied to the plugin. Please see Atlassian’s privacy policy for details on how they treat your information.
Appbox.ai may analyze the Sales API and may use the email and/or telephone number to contact you.
